Dennis W. Fox |
Dennis is a 1978 graduate of St. Louis University School of Law. He has concentrated his practice in the area of Social Security Disability, exclusively representing individuals with claims before the Social Security Administration.
An author of several articles concerning disability issues and frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education programs and other public forums, he has now attended several thousand administrative hearings before Social Security Administration Administrative Law Judges.
Dennis is a former president of the Missouri Chapter, Lupus Foundation of America, and former member of the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Chapter of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI) and the Combined Health Appeal.
Dennis is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Administrative Law Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR). |

Jeffrey J. Bunten |
A graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City - School of Law, Jeff has substantial experience in representing clients before the Social Security Administration (SSA) in claims such as Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Children's SSI. He also represents United States Veterans and their dependents in claims of service-connected disabilities and pension before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Jeff has represented thousands of individuals before Administrative Law Judges (ALJ), the United States District Court - Eastern District of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (USCAVC).
Jeff is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) where he previously served as chair of the Administrative Law Committee. He is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR) and the National Organization of Veteran's Advocates (NOVA) where he served on the Board of Directors. |

Traci L. Severs |

Traci L. Severs is an attorney in the law firm of Dennis W. Fox & Associates. Her practice focuses on Social Security Disability and SSI claims at the administrative level and in the United States District Court, in the Eastern District of Missouri, the Western District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
Prior to joining the law firm of Dennis W. Fox & Associates, Ms. Severs was the managing attorney at Gateway Legal Services, Inc., and the director of the Appellate Division at the Frick Company.
Ms. Severs is a graduate of St. Louis University and St. Louis University School of Law. She has been a member of the Missouri Bar Association since 1991. |

Jennifer M. Van Fossan |
Jennifer M. Van Fossan is a graduate of the University of Illinois where she received her bachelor degree. She received her J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2005. Since then, she has been practicing Social Security Disability law in Illinois and Missouri. She represents claimants at all stages of their claim, including in the United States District Court where she is admitted in the Southern District of Illinois.
She is the latest addition to our team of attorneys and currently handles any type of disability claim including Social Security Disability (SSD), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Children’s SSI, cessation cases and overpayments.
Jennifer is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Missouri. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA), National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR), Illinois Trial Lawyer Association (ITLA) and the American Bar Association (ABA). |
